Police Officer Accused Of Sexually Assaulting A Child While He Was On Vacation

From WTSP.COM

Haines City, Florida — A joint operation between Haines City Police Department and two police agencies in two other states led to the arrest of a police officer suspected of sexual battery.

Authorities say the Lawrence Police Department in Massachusetts received a complaint that Officer Carlos Gonzalez allegedly sexually battered a juvenile around July 22, 2012 while vacationing in Haines City.

After an investigation gathered enough evidence to arrest Officer Gonzalez, on Feb. 27, a detective from the Haines City Police Department flew out to Massachusetts to arrest him.

He has been charged with sexual battery on a juvenile between the ages of 12 and 18 years of age and giving alcohol to a person under the age of 21.

The investigation is ongoing.

PT – We highly doubt this was a one time incident. This corrupt cop probably has several more victims.
